JumpCloud Agent Release Notes for June 1, 2026

New Agent release (version  2.129.1)

Windows

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where Windows devices incorrectly appeared as inactive or offline in the JumpCloud Admin Portal despite being online and active. This behavior was caused by database migration errors during agent startup.
  • Fixed an issue where users were unexpectedly prompted for their previous password at the Windows login screen, disrupting standard device access workflows.
  • Resolved a conflict between the JumpCloud credential provider DLL and OEM credential modules on certain ASUS devices that caused login screen crashes and prevented system access.

Linux

Enhancements

  • Added support for Debian 13.
