TelePessoa is an outsourcing and consulting company dedicated to helping various organizations scale their operations in the technology sector. With a fully distributed and global structure, the company manages specialized teams in support, business processes, finance, and technical operations, operating within a technology park comprised primarily of Windows devices.
The challenge of remote manual administration
With TelePessoa’s rapid expansion and the consolidation of a global team without physical offices, the manual management of users, access, and devices began to generate operational inefficiencies that jeopardized the company’s agility. The main headaches were concentrated in three critical areas:
- Slow provisioning: The process of adding ( onboarding ) and removing ( offboarding ) local users consumed too much time and effort from the IT team.
- Lack of visibility: There was no centralized way to audit the technology inventory or to know the real-time status of each device.
- Pressure for regulatory compliance: To compete in the corporate sector, the company needed a governance and security foundation that would allow them to align with the strict standards of frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO.
We evaluated other market alternatives focused on identity management, access control, and device administration. Ultimately, we chose JumpCloud because of its ability to centralize these functions on a single platform, its multi-platform approach, and its ease of administration for a distributed environment like ours.

How can Windows computers be managed remotely without Active Directory?
To address this need, TelePessoa avoided implementing a traditional Active Directory domain and instead adopted a cloud-native solution: JumpCloud. The migration process, designed and planned by Sinfopac, was carried out gradually over a few weeks to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to users.
The implementation focused on JumpCloud’s Device Management capabilities . The company began using the single console to centralize the management of its Windows laptops, remotely configure security policies, and apply unified configurations through MDM functions, achieving complete control over its distributed infrastructure.
Results: Efficiency and frictionless scalability
The transition to modern, automated management resolved the operational and control problems that were limiting the organization’s growth:
- Elimination of repetitive tasks: Centralizing the configuration of Windows computers drastically reduced the weekly hours that the IT team spent on manual interventions.
- Fast and transparent onboarding: New employees perceive a much simpler, more agile onboarding experience with immediate support.
- Complete inventory visibility: TelePessoa now features real-time monitoring of the status of each laptop, improving response times and simplifying internal security audits.
- Security standardization: Operating system-level policies and access controls are consistently applied across all remote computers, facilitating compliance with your customers’ information governance regulations.
For us, centralizing device management allowed us to simplify operations, strengthen security, and establish more consistent processes.

Sinfopac’s role as a successful partner
The adoption of JumpCloud wouldn’t have been so seamless without the consultative support and Customer Success philosophy that guided the deployment. Sinfopac’s technical team focused on understanding the business context before implementing the tools, ensuring that the configuration was aligned with the consultancy’s current and future objectives.
The Sinfopac team applied a customer success philosophy that went beyond simply implementing a tool: they focused on understanding our operational context, our objectives, and the real challenges of the business to ensure that the solution generated a concrete impact.
